For over 25 years, my focus has been singular: transforming complex language technology from research concepts into market-ready products.

My journey began at the forefront of the commercial speech recognition industry, building core ASR/TTS systems for MIT spin-offs and high-growth startups, culminating in a successful IPO with Premiere Technologies. As CTO and VP of Engineering for Voice Automation, I hired and led the engineering team that architected a market-leading platform, resulting in our selection by Microsoft as an official launch partner for their Speech Server.

This intensive commercial experience was followed by a 15-year tenure at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. As a senior software engineer in the AI and Human Language Technology groups, I was responsible for productizing groundbreaking algorithms for mission-critical national security applications.
